Okay...to clear things up before anyone else accuses me of being ungrateful
I am not ANTI PAP. I am PRO opposition. There is a thin line of difference. Yes, I am thankful for what they have done to build Singapore up over the past decade. But LKY did most of that job. The rest are merely hiding behind the shadow of his past glory.
Take the Mas Selamat case for example, and the YOG case. We needed Malaysia to catch Mas selamat. The YOG was a total flop....expected budget 100Million, and actual cost was 387 million. This is the money paid by the people- your parents. Look, i'm not saying that ALL of them are lousy and we need a total change. But there are certain MP's that have obviously and clearly shown they aren't competent enough and hence need to be changed.
Yes PLEASE kick Tin pei lin out anytime and put George yeo in her place.
No i am not an ignorant/ungrateful bastard because i am talking sense. Yes i agree that we still need the PAP. BUT NONE OF YOU ARE GETTING MY POINT ACROSS....
I'm just angry with teenagers getting so uptight and unhappy with aljunied and hougang being won over by opposition. PAP won most seats but only marginally this year. Isn't that enough proof to show they're not doing a good job, and the people that have slowly stopped voting for them are your parents.
This is just my point of view. Do not get angry with what I am writing here or try to force your beliefs on me. This is my space and i write whatever i want. I am very fed up with all the nonsensical comments on my formspring. Everyone has different thoughts on the situation here and this is just my two bits.

No fucking offense but why are you just listing out all the bad things that pap done. Human make mistakes, don't you too? For both yog and mad selamat cases yes it's their wrong in the part they stood up apologized. Nobody is born smart or knowing how to do stuff. Yog was just a first step for sg, sg hasn't done anything like that before and furthermore they wanted the fucking best as it was the first yog whole world is watching. If they stick to the 100 million budget and people from other countries think we're like fucking stingy or something? And why didnt you state the bad points of workers party? You can say maybe ministers come and suck money take 8k do nothing yeah. IF NICOLE SEAH WAS IN THE PARTY SHE TAKE 8K AND GIVEZ ALL YOUR TAXES TO PEOPLE WHO CANNOT PAY TUITION FEE. SHE MAKES THE GST DROP. Yeah makes you guys happy right.
Fyi PAP did listen to you guys, they set a curfew for the workers to return to their dorms at 8 or 9. That was to compromise when you guys said that there is fear of being raped. Get your facts right.
To anonymous : If your scolding steph here for listing out all the bad things PAP has done, aren't you doing the same to the opposition? Lol pot calling the kettle black. Steph already said she's PRO opposition and not anti PAP. She just stood up for george yeo . And frankly, your parents are paying money to tin pei ling so she can get her kate spade bag when there are hundreds of volunteers who work in nursing homes and social welfare centers for a low paying wage. They're the ones who deserve the 15k salary and they're the ones who are actually make a difference to our society. Get your facts right before you type out such a biased comment. Tin pei ling would be nothing without goh chok tong and we all know it.
